Coach Chele Reagh
Coach Chele Reagh has over 20 years of coaching experience. She excels at creating a supportive and nurturing environment for her players, while holding them to high standards. She understands the importance of fostering a sense of camaraderie and teamwork, not only for on-court success but also for the personal growth of her athletes. Through her guidance, players of all ages and skill sets not only improve their sports fundamentals and learn new concepts, but also develop strong character traits such as discipline, resilience, and integrity. Several of her former athletes have gone on to play at the collegiate level.
Coach Reagh is known for her meticulous approach to training and skill development. She tailors her coaching strategies to the unique strengths and weaknesses of each player, and to address strategic deficiencies, ensuring that everyone receives the individual attention needed to reach their full potential. Her focus extends beyond just the technical aspects of the game; she places a high value on mental toughness and instills in her players the confidence to face all challenges head-on.

Coach Sam Lahti
Coach Sam Lahti's key strength lies in his deep understanding of the game. His extensive knowledge of volleyball strategy, techniques, and tactics allows him to impart invaluable wisdom to his players. Whether it's refining their serving skills, perfecting their spikes, or enhancing their defensive capabilities, Coach Lahti leaves no stone unturned in ensuring that his players are well-rounded and equipped for success on the court.
However, Coach Lahti's impact extends beyond the technical aspects of the game. He is known for fostering a positive and supportive team culture. Under his guidance, the boys in his volleyball club not only develop as athletes but also as individuals. Coach Lahti places a strong emphasis on sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline, instilling values that extend beyond the volleyball court and into every facet of his players' lives.
Sam played volleyball at Michigan State from 2017-2021 and is now playing in the Volleyball League of America for the Beer City Brewers team based out of Grand Rapids, MI.
